Terms, Conditions and disclaimer for using or subscribing to online service
Please read the below mentioned terms, conditions & disclaimer details clearly and agree to it before using the Share Market Shortlist service offered by Nirvig Business Solutions.
1. The contents in this page is applicable to all the sectors of the service provided by Nirvig Business Solutions (Nirvig) which include Share Market and Mutual Funds sectors.
2. Nirvig holds the right to verify its subscriber details for assurance of legitimacy and to confirm their membership. Acceptance of a persona as a customer or member of Nirvig is at sole discretion of Nirvig. Nirvig at no circumstances bound to accept a person as its member.
3. All of the service plans are irrevocable by the costomers during the tenure of the subscription period. However the subscription can be revoked by Nirvig on its discretion at any point of time during the subscription tenure. An Information will be shared with the customer about the revokation.
4. All the benefit of the subscription or usage of the report generated by the customer is to be used by the customer for his/her own purpose. Circulation or publishing the report is strictly prohibited.
5. Investors are requested to double check the companies shortlisted on their own risk. Nirvig Business Solutions or any of its members are not responsible for any kind of damage or loss to the investor or the user of this report. The usage of this report and the responsibility to check the resulting companies' status for investment on its shares or mutual funds are duly lies with the user of this report before investing and Nirvig Business Solutions or any of its members can not be claimed to for such activities or of any loss.
6. Nirvig may offer discount by way of coupon codes or by direct discounts which are to be used by the repective customers only. It should not be shared or published with any other third parties.
7. The value of Discount codes or coupons will vary from customer to customer; it is purely by the discretion of the Nirvig.
8. Nirvig and its staff are bound to render the products and services in professional manner within the discipline and legitimacy in compliance with the applicable laws of Government. Members or customers are requested to adhere to this compliance while dealing with Nirvig.
9. Please refer to the offer/ advertisement/ or contact us to know the services offered by Nirvig. These charges may vary for each customers based on the nature, service type and the location.
10. Nirvig do not sell, share, market or use the details of the customers other than they are shared for such purpose. Confidentiality is fully assured.
11. Any fee offered by us are subject to increase by the respective taxes as per prevailing rules in India. Fees/ charges are subject to reassessment and negotiation based on the request of members / customers. Fee in actual may be lesser or higher than the offered chart based on each requests. Executives at Nirvig will re-assess and decide the actual fee or charges and that will be informed to the customers well in advance before start rendering the service.
12. Any specific requirements which may or may not be exactly matching with offered service as per our quote, those can be requested directly to Admin Department of Nirvig through Contact Us section from home page of www.nirvig.com
13. Customers will be given and have option to accept or deny the offer of Nirvig before availing the service.
14. Payment to Nirvig should be in favour of "M/s. Nirvig Business Solutions" payable at Chennai only. Payment against online services should be paid only through the designated payment channel or links. Payment by any other mode for the online services may not qualify for availing instant online service delivery. Any additional payment through online mode can be paid through our online facility at www.nirvig.com/pay. Details of other available modes of payment can be known from the page www.nirvig.com/paymodes. Remittance charges if any on any mode of payment have to be beard by members or customers only unless otherwise expressly agreed by Nirvig.
15. In case of error in online payment made and the bank account is debited, the same will be reconciled within five working days and credited back to the source account accordingly. Customers are requested to contact Nirvig with the transaction reference number which is displayed on the payment screen.
16. Any other mode of payment and the payment location can be confirmed with Nirvig before remittance. Nirvig is not responsible for any payment made to third party without it being prior confirmed by Nirvig. No claim can be entertained from Nirvig on such wrong remittances.
17. In case of offline payment, payment are requested to dispatch to our Chennai office by a reputed person/courier service or by registered/speed post.
18. All the members of Nirvig have a privilege of availing discount on the membership fee from the referral benefit plan, subject to plan availability.
19. No circumstances can warrant Nirvig to redeem the discount codes in cash or cash equivalents.
20. Nirvig does not store any report generated by customers.
21. Nirvig will make best effort to provide quality service as always; any errors beyond our control is regretted and no claims of default or reimbursement or what so ever name called accepted on this nature.
22. Nirvig will hold the official documents of members or clients until the expiry or termination of membership and will return back to the member or client upon termination. Nirvig holds no responsibility of client's documents if lost after 6 months from the date of expiry of membership.
23. Products / Services agreed to deliver by Nirvig will be executed by any of its branch office /locations / executives. Customers have no option to claim the service from a specific branch / executive unless such offer of choice is given to the customers by Nirvig by a express note.
24. Nirvig does not store or maintain the market information which are sole property of the third parties. All the services of Nirvig is purely on a service rendering nature by the way of analysis and production of analitical data based on the parameters prefered by the customers.
25. At no circumstances, Nirvig will entertain refund of the service fee paid by the customer after rendering the service.
26. It is to be concluded as the customer has read and agreed to all the terms, conditions and disclaimer mentioned in this page before using this service.
